Tools/Arrange/Sort is backwards

I have a gallery of photos that have filenames like:

4_JF2_1234.jpg
3_JF2_1235.jpg

I've put these prefixes on the filenames specifically for sorting in Smugmug purposes.

When I turn off auto-sort in gallery options and then try to manually sort them with Tools/Many Photos/Arrange/Sort and pick Filename and Decreasing, it sorts them 1, 2, 3. When I choose Increasing, it sorts them 3, 2, 1. It seems to be exactly backwards.

Thanks John. I have seen this before and I have bugged it to the programmers.
