watermarks not showing for slideshow w/fullscreen or original image display

I can't seem to get watermarks to appear on the display of my images when -- either full screen is used in a slideshow -- or the "o" original size is displayed.

My original image sizes are 4256x2832

My .png file used for watermarking is 4508x3000 (i also tried exactly 4256x2832 without success)

I am displaying the images on a 30" monitor using a display resolution of 2560x1600

www.ncsportpics.com (or www.ncpropics.com ) same site...

the cardinal gibbons images use the .png watermark size of 4508x3000 while all the others use 4256x2832.

Any ideas how i can get the watermarking to work for both the slide show at full screen and the display of the "o" original images?

we don' t watermark Originals.

i meant full screen in a slideshow when the image displayed -- is displayed to fill the screen and the filename is displayed "within" the image at the bottom instead of "below" the image at the bottom.

like this (this demonstrates no watermarks with a "full screen" display) :
