How Many Songs About Rain?

So this weekend we were wondering just how many songs out there are about rain? We could think up something like ten or twelve, so there's gotta be a lot. It's a depressing subject. We managed to make the best of it though, and even had about two hours of sunshine yesterday morning, which we took advantage of to pull down on beautiful granite.

After 24 hours of clouds, wind, and rain, THIS is what I'm talkin' about! icon10.gif That's Richard in front of "Weiner Dog Butts" 5.8 with his "alright!" face on.

Looking back at Richard from just after the crux of "Pulp Culture" 5.9

Halfway decent portrait of Richard topping out on Pulp Culture.

This is the one I'd most appreciate feedback on. I don't try B&W much at all, so I don't have the experience needed to make this pop. This is Richard standing next to an old rotten cable tower from the 30s when they used to mine up here. It's raining, which accounts for the fading on the mountain. Any tips on making this cooler?

Edited in: Can't forget the camp shot. I got really wet twice to get this one right.

And then of course the bike ride out. We came from behind the farthest mountain, which is actually slightly closer than it looks, because it's raining. We were wet. yelrotflmao.gif

Anyways, any replies are appreciated! icon10.gif I probably won't be online much the next few days, but I'll read them eventually. Enjoy!

Looks like a lot of fun. Far and away, my favorite rain song is Buddy Guy's cover of the John Hiatt tune Feels Like Rain

Nice shots mate, we are on our third week of rain here too, am going stir crazy without a climb. (it looked way too cold in that first shot to be climing shirtless)
That second shot is really cool, it looks a little run out for my liking though!
    May I take your picture?

Oh it was quite warm, while the sun was out. I built up a bit of sunburn in the small amount of time before it left us. Pulp Culture is a little run out right there, but it's easy terrain with bomber pro, so it was alright. thumb.gif Thanks for the comments!

    Those are great
I like the black and white and the one from above the climber and the one with the tents under the rock.

    good job, nice shots.
