I'm not much of a wedding photographer but a friend asked to help out when their photographer flaked. I filled in as a back up just in case.

Curious what real wedding photograhers think....

the last one is her father... .it was the father/daughter dance. The song was something about daddy's hands so i figured it was fitting. :D

    Me, too!

The little girl with her nose pressed against the glass is really cute. You have some interesting shots here.

    different.....and I like

this one is very good.....however something as simple as moving the flare circle to being under them or removing it all together and cloning out all extraneous flare beams except for the ones hitting B&G could make this a much greater shot...... more contrast would help also......it would be lots of post work but could be done

very cute.....should have taken 2nd or 3rd shot and got little girl alone with no others in shot.....clone out flare on dress

    Fantastic IDEA....as I said:
    YOU HAVE TALENTthumb.gifthumbthumb.gifbowdown.gifbowbowdown.gif
for such close ups do not use direct flash......also a star filter could have enhanced the shot a bit......all most all flash need to be softened or bounced if you can.......

Great idea....I would have liked to seen the whole store name and have B&G in better focus...they look soft to me....,,,there is a big difference between soft focus (usually created with a filter or special lens) and out of focus and that is what this is.......thumb.gifthumbthumb.gif great idea tho

    6.
    ThroughHandsBW.jpg
thumb.gifthumbthumb.gifanother good idea but should have centered the B&G on the hands.....no off to the side........I get the feeling this might be a Dad and Mom and I wouod have tried a 2nd shot focusing on their hands.......

bowdown.gifbowbowdown.gifthumbthumb.gifthumbclap.gifclapclap.gifwell done...could it be improved.....yes it could.....look closely and see what you do not like or would rather see.......then do it next time.........

Good Luk on your next one.......care to post a link to the rest of this wedding??????

Nice!!! Love #2... I really like shots through windows and that is a good one. 5 is also a good shot. 6 I don't really care for with the hands in the foreground but I see what you were doing there and it was a good thought.

I think Art is right that #2 has more potential. It's a great shot. I also think you can get more out of the daddy's hands. I'd like to see a softer vignette and black and white conversion on that one.
