If i photograph youth sports and upload them to a smugmug pro then have business cards that i hand out with the url to my page for parents to buy do i have to acquire a model release for each and every person?
Please register and vote for me! It would mean alot if I was able to get a photograph published in this years edition of Capture Cincinnati the age of 17. Just vote for the photos of mine you like thanks!

    Simple answer, no, if for personal use. If someone wants to use the photo for commercial/advertising purposes then they would need to have a release from the parents.
