Home Page doesn't always load my custom Header

As the title states, I have noticed that when I visit my page from a lot of computers, my custom header (the J.W. Lee Photography Logo) doesn't always load. However, whenever I log in to my account it always pops up. It does this randomly, sometimes its there and sometimes it isn't. Has anyone else experienced the same issues? Is there any way to fix this?

The direct link to the photo does not work.

Make sure external links are on in its gallery under customize gallery. Also the
photo can not be checked "hide" and n a passworded gallery. The gallery can
be unlisted.

Going to give that a shot right now, I'll let ya know how it turns out.

Exactly as you stated! For some reason there was a password on the gallery that was supposed to be for another gallery, and the external linking was not turned on. Works like a champ now! Thank you for the quick resolution!
