common yellow-throated warbler

this little yellow-throat flitted into the willows near where i was standing at the park the other day... too bad he's in shadow... the markings are quite striking in good light! but given how rarely these little fellas actually make an appearance, i took what i could get... 40D, 400mm, 1/640 @ f/8

    Nice catch!:D

    It's hard to get this wood-warbler out in the open.

    Nice captures!

    If you shot these in raw, I would brings the darks out a bit.

    Usually this bird goes by Common Yellowthroat. There is another warbler that goes by Yellow-throated Warbler. deal.gif
