Hi, I've been researching for a good printer lately but can't make up
my mind given the multitude of choices out there.
Basically what I want/plan is:
1. to make mate exhibition quality prints in B&W and color in sizes up to A3+
2. longevity of prints and colors independent of ambient light
3. ability to print on think paper
4. a printing volume of about 30-50 A3+ sized images per Year
The option to add a continues ink system would be nice too. I've already seen some systems for all kinds of printers on inkrepublic.com. Are they recommendable?
So far I am leaning towards buying an Epson printer that uses UltraChrome inks,
but I am not sure which model is the right one? The older models can be found used for
relatively little money too. Here are some that I've been looking into:
Epson R1800
Epson R1900
Epson 2100/2200
Epson 2400
Epson 2680
...
