Hi folks,

This is my first post here at Digital Grin and I thought I'd start it off with a few photos. I figured I'd start strong so these are a couple of a friends daughter I did during a family shoot not long ago. I think they are some of my best. Enjoy!

Like the angle on #2 a lot! Not used to seeing the catchlight dead-center in the eye though...interesting.

Thanks! I am kind of up in the air about the catchlight. I tried removing it but it deadened the eys. I also tried moving it but I just made a mess. In the end I figured it wasn't worth wasting a good shot so I left it as-is. I appreciate the comments!

This one passed to page two awfully quickly. Bump for a little more exposure (I refuse to make this joke again). thumb.gif

    Welcome!

Beautiful child, lovely colors and eyes. In the second one though, it looks as if her eyes are a little soft. I just really love the colors....thumb.gif

Oops... I missed the additional comments on this one.

Codiac and Julie, thanks a ton for the praise.

I see what you mean, Julie. I hadn't noticed before because, honestly, the first photo keeps getting all my attention, but it's definitely a little soft.
