In the process of deciding to set up a Pro account but having a few problems with gallery pages. I work on my desk top computor and have no problems, but when I try to use a laptop I can't view the galleries the same way. Viewer controlled works on the desk but can only view the pictures using the traditional set up on the laptop. Also the pictures are all rotated fine on the desk top but then they are a mess viewing on my laptop. I also have this trouble if I try to log onto my account from another computor, Should I be able to work on my account from another location. Hp computor with the windows XP on both. I have also tried to just look at the galleries as a viewer would and my laptop still doesn't let me view the pictures, I have on locks on the site. Thank you!:dunno

I have a Toshiba, Windows XP, I usually use Windows Internet Explorer, Roadrunner is my provider.
Tazz.smugmug.com is my homepage. I only have two days left on my temporary trial. I have no locks on my galleries, sorry for the type mistake in the first email. Also, can two differnt people work on the smugmug site if we both have the password other than using an assistant password.

    Hi Lano,

Sounds like you may have some sort of security, antivirus or firewall software on your laptop. What software do you have?
Try adding *.smugmug.com as a trusted site to it so that it doesn't block code from us.

    Hi Sebastian,
I have CA Security. I just went in and shut them all down. Then went to my site and guess what, it worked!!!clap.gif I also added smugmug to trusted sites. I actually did that first and it didn't work so I shut the security off. My only question now is do I have to turn my security off every time I want to go to my site so it will work properly. Thank you for your help, I finally feel like I'm getting somewhere.

This is a question better suited for CA Security it sounds like... do they have a help desk you can call or email?
