Replace Photo during Proof Delay

Quick proof-delay question - If a customer orders several different sizes of the same photo, can I replace just one of the sizes with different image, or will that replace all of them?

Thanks!

You are replacing your actual original in the gallery and when you hit "go", the original that is in place will be used for all the prints in the order that are made from that image. So, you only have to replace the same image once no matter how many sizes were ordered.

I was actually hoping for the opposite, in my case, but I can see why having it work either way might be desirable.
I had an order with an 8x10 and a few 4x6s of the same photo. I wanted to replace the 8x10 with an image that I had added a caption text to, but I didn't want to change the 4x6 image. With the current proof-delay replace functionality, I didn't have a choice but to cancel the order and have the customer re-order after I'd made both images available.

Exposure Manager will let you have different copies of the same image based on the aspect ratio of the print ordered by the customer, which is exactly what you are looking for.

One of the features I have asked for is to replace multiple photos instead of replacing them one at a time. It takes forever to replace them one at a time, especially when you a lot of pictures to replace.

StarExplorer can do multiple replace photo operations in one unattended upload. It's very useful if you need to do that.
