Gallery Pricing problem???

For the 3rd time - people are buying prints that I had set to 0.00 to NOT be sold - but they are available again with ZERO markup. and I get no notice of the sale and LOST business & profit.

If gallery B print prices are set to Gallery A - if I change that gallery A does Galley B change?

Is it possible to do a bulk price reset?

Is it Possible to by default not show some paper types - but still have them available.

Is it possible to change the order of print sizes?

Hello, I do know that if I set Gallery B prices to that of Gallery A's, then changed Gallery A's prices, I would still have to go back into Gallery B to reset the prices again because it does NOT change to the updated prices of Gallery A.

As for the zero markup, I had the same problem and found that after I'd set the prices to those of another Gallery and clicked on "apply", I forgot to click on "Save Pricing". It took me awhile to figure what I'd done. Do you think maybe that's what happened?
Appreciate what we have, instead of worrying about what we haven't. Enjoy what is, before it isn't.

Just went through re-pricing a number of galleries and it is quite cumbersome, although it works well. Two things for future consideration:
    1. Add option to price all galleries under a Category/Subcategory by simply selecting the Category/Subcategory, without having to select all galleries.
    2. Add option to saving pricing schemes under named templates. So, instead of having to associate gallery pricing with another gallery, one only has to use a template (say "Fine Art") suitable for all similar galleries. Changing the template would change pricing on all galleries using the template. Having the template name displayed in the Set Prices tool or in Gallery Customize would be great too.

There's something wrong with the login process on the new uservoice thing. I hit the login link at the top of the screen. It takes me to my Smugmug login. I provide my credentials, hit OK and then it takes me to Smugmug's homepage. I go back to the uservoice page and I'm not logged in. I can't get logged in to smugmug.uservoice.com in either IE7 or FF3.

That's a SmugMug login, Sorry. You have to register on Uservoice, or use your Twitter, OpenID, Facebook etc ID. One day soon I hope, we'll have Single Sign on and your Smuggy login will just work on the feedback page.

EDIT: I removed the login link from the header. Should make it less confusing.

OK, thanks for the clarification. I had already made an account yesterday using Smugmug's open ID login. I just couldn't figure out how to get logged in today. Now I see the "other" login link that let me login via openID again. Now, I'm in.
