Email spam?

I'm not sure, but I think ever since I joined smugmug, i started getting a ton of spam email. Not from SmugMug, but the typical junk email. Is there a setting that I missed that prevents people from picking up my email address from smugmug?

Are you displaying your email address on your site in clear text? That's the only way I know of that it would be picked up from your smugmug site.

If you have a power or pro account, you can use the method in the Stop Junkmail/Spam!!! thread.

It would be helpful if you would include a link to your site in your signature here. It is very difficult to help without seeing your site.

Not from us. It's one of our core values - no ads, no spam. We don't sell or give or rent or use your email address at all.
