FT: Canon 40D+lenses for Nikon D300

Have the following gear
Canon 40D. purchased in June 2008 at CircuitCity (so technically under warranty for next several weeks) Currently about 19,000 clicks. Added a grid screen
Canon 28-135, came as a kit lens with 40D
Canon 17-85IS
Canon 55-250IS
Canon 50mm 1.8 II
Canon Flash 430 EX II with Lightsphere. Flash is less than 2 months old.
Remote release
Want to trade 40D body with some of the gear for Nikon D300 in comparable condition with SB600 flash.
Will not sell separate items. For trade for D300 only. Also not interested in D200. Other trades involving D300 and $$$ could be entertained.
REASONS: WANT TO GO ALL NIKON
