Nice, sweet light! I haven't been to Portland (yet) but I thought sun was fairly unusual?
Your dramatic captures make the people blend into the shadows. I find that kind of stark look captivating and surreal, honestly.

Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap but memories are priceless.
