Welcome to DGRIN and hope to see you post more.

It's really too small of a presentation to make meaningful comments. As presented it looks burry and colors washed out. If you have an on-line gallery you may want to try linking to the image there rather than attaching it. Compositionally it looks pretty good but I can't get past the other aspects to enjoy it.

    Welcome to Dgrin. wave.gif

As far as your shot. Can you share what camera and the settings you too this at?

I think you have a good composition here but the colors are a bit washed out and flat. The photo also appears to be a little out of focus but it is hard to tell at this size.

Hi ridgemac - I merged your two threads to preserve the comments. Hope this helps and that we keep seeing great shots from you!

Thanks for the comment. I had trouble "sizing" the picture small enough to be uploaded. Maybe I need some instruction on this.
Anyway, here is the link to a larger version of the pict.:

    Hi Larry,

As a Smuggy user you have it easy! You can still choose to attach if you wish, but it's always much better to embed them. And you can embed them huge if you want here. It's a photo forum so no one will ever get mad :D
