I thought I'd post a few from Saturday's wedding. All indoors, and not much time with the bride and groom for portraits. The work has just begun! I have two weeks to get these all processed. C & C always appreciated.

    Caroline-

Some really sweet photos here! I love your eye for expressions and for the tiny moments, like the pink shoes on the girls and the hands.

I like #6 a lot, although perhaps crop a little more from the top? It will lose th beading, but I think it throws the focus more on the hands (and is also more flattering to the bride's figure.)

In #5, what does it look like if you crop out the flower girl? She's way outside dof and I find her a little distracting since she's looking away. If not a crop, maybe a vignette?

#3 is great, but I would either straighten the horizon, or tilt it more deliberately.

Take all of this with a grain of salt since I'm definitely NOT "the wedding expert" around here!

I bet your couple are going to love them - I get a real sense of the atmosphere ... which looks like it was a lot of fun!

Thanks, Diva! Your comments are helpful. Here's the photo that came just before #5, with the flower girl looking at the brides maids. In #5, she's looking back towards the bride (who was posing for me before I flipped around to catch the other ladies). So, I'll probably keep her in those shots, since she was part of the moment.

#1 is a clean image. I like 6 as well, but It could definitely use a tighter crop using equal amounts of both bridesmaids.

Thanks! Feedback is very helpful as I edit these.#6 is really sweet because it was taken as the groom sang a solo to her. I may adjust the crop.

Nice stuff Caroline~! I like 9 the best. Anytime I shoot shoes I just get shoes... not sure how others get expression out of it but you did! * ould use a little warming up... she seems a bit blue. nice stuff though!

Thanks, Matt! I agree about the blue- Haven't done any real editing to that one yet. I'm slowly working my way through.
