Umm...I still can't upload. "Error" it says. Help?

I've been trying to upload images to a gallery since last night (the outage) and since the news that everything is back up and running normally, I still can't upload.
Anyone know what's up?
I hate to :deadhorse by reporting an outage here, but I don't see anyone else discussing upload failures (except that one guy).

Please help.
Sam

Hello... what uploader? What browser? What exactly is the error?
These details will help us to help you, thanks.

All of the above. Last night I first tried replacing an image with FF, but it said "An error occurred."
So I tried just uploading via MacDaddy, and it too just says "error".
I figured it had something to do with the outage and kinks were getting worked out but I hope it gets resolved soon.
I appreciate your prompt attention, Andy!

    What does this mean?

Can you do this, in Firefox, clear your cookies.

    http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/3232591

To clear the cookies in Firefox on a Mac, click on the "Firefox" menu. Then click on "Preferenes..." That will bring up a little window. Make sure the privacy tab is selected and then click on "show cookies...". That will bring up another menu. If you browse much, you'll have a lot of cookies. To simplify the list type smugmug (all in lower case) in the search field at the top. Then select the cookies and click on the Remove Cookie button at the bottom.

Then close and reopen Firefox. Go to www.smugmug.com and login then go to your gallery and add photos with the Simple Uploader? ear.gif

    Thanks for your help Andy.
I cleared private data in FF, (which does not clear cookies) and re-opened FF and the images replaced fine. Strange.headscratch.gif But it's working now. Thanks for your quick help!clap.gif

P.S. "All of the above" meant I tried uploading via browser as well as an app.
