Found this monster spider crawling up the door jamb yesterday. Haven't looked it up yet for ID, but it was about 4 1/2 inches across the legs. After a few shots, he was put outside in the garden for safe keeping.
And this jumper too. I really love these things. They are usually pretty photogenic. The whites on this one made for an interesting shoot.

Sorry Gary your large spider is not in my book,
looks like some kind of Wolf, but I'm only guessing.
It's body looks like it's too heavy for it's long legs to hold up
Its big ones like those that bother me if they are inside my house.
I haven't had one for a while yet, but now that Winter is upon us I'm sure I am in for a surprise one of these nights soon
Your little begging Jumper Spider looks like he's watching TV.
The reflections in his eyes look like TV monitors hahaha.
