I am a new photographer and recently did some subcontract work for a local design company. I set a fee ...$90 for some onsite custom photography. (i know some of you are probably cringing about the low price but im new so I was grateful this time to get my foot in the door)... then $15.00 per image licence and usage charge per image. The licence agreement was only for the use of the image in print, web or other publication... not for resale. Now my contractors client... wants to use the images for there gift shop in postcards and such. (wants to resell them for profit) I don't want to mess with collecting royalties as of right now... can I set another "license fee" schedule" for profit licence purchases?? What are you thinking compared to my $15.00 usage charge for print and web... or should I make them order the post cards thru me... any suggestions?????????

I would offer post card size images for $550 to $800 each with a 1 year license.
If the area is in a touristy spot maybe a tad more.
