I love the conversion on this one! I also find it difficult to find the hiker (you?) in the scene, but once found I felt rewarded to see him, not that I should have found him sooner. The overall softness of the scene (not in a bad, missed focus way/just the soft, moss covered rocks) gives the image an overall dream-like quality!
Sweet scenery! It's a little difficult to pick out the hiker in this shot as he doesn't stand out that much against the rest of the monochrome scene.

Goes to show you...I should have paid more attention. The color version is great also!
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap but memories are priceless.
