I know literally thousands of photos have been taken from this vantage point at Kerry Park, but I had to go myself if only to put a couple interesting framed prints on my wall. Anyway, here's two that I've processed so far. C&C is welcome... :)

Ahhhhh...one of my favorite places to shoot from. I was driving home yesterday and was wondering where that beam of light was coming from...now I know! Great shots, BTW...I love that deep blue of the Seattle sky at night (when it isn't covered by clouds, of course) thumb.gif

    Do you live in Seattle?
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap but memories are priceless.

    Hi Mahesh,

No, I live in Fort Worth, TX but I was up here on a business trip so this was a must-do for me. I work for the big, bad empire and the blue light was part of a marketing campaign celebrating the release of our new search engine, http://www.bing.com. thumb.gif

Beautiful shots clap.gif You might try your favorite noise software on the sky to make them even better.

Cool! I've been reading a lot on bing.com. I've tried it a few times, and it looks very promising. thumb.gif

BTW, I'm not sure if it's noise in the sky...it may simply be jpeg compression artifact.

Yes, it could be how smugmug or dgrin is rendering these - both are noise-free on my computer, as I've already ran them through NoiseNinja. Thanks for the comments, eveyone - glad you enjoyed them!
