Pricing downloads

My question is two fold (sorta kinda).

1) In quick, easy to digest terms. What are the two license for downloads and what does the buyer get exactly?

2) When setting prices for downloads, what is "normal" or "acceptable" when it comes to price and in addition to that, what is the buyer getting exactly. I mean, when they buy a download, are they buying the entire gallery or just that one picture?

Thank you for any help you can give on this.

The non-commercial license allows the buyer to reprint the image "forever", but it can't be used for commercial purposes (advertising, etc).

The commercial license allows (obviously) commercial use of the image.

Both licenses are (I believe) royalty free.

Normal and acceptable vary wildly. Some would say $1, some would say $1000.

The only "normal" concept is that commercial licenses should cost more than non-commercial ones.

The buyer is getting one image. If they want the entire gallery they would need to purchase every picture separately.
