    Odd you mention her weight, I have no idea who she is but in number 2 I noticed what looked to me to be a long scar running under her left arm , it made me wonder if she had lost a ton of weight and had excess skin removed in plastic surgery, a common procedure actually.

    That's a shadow from her forearm. If you look it runs up onto her chest and you can see the shadow from the fingers.
