Hi, I havent been visiting my gallery much lately, today I noticed that my thumbnails on gallery pages are coming up full size like this
http://richturk.smugmug.com/Landscapes

I see some other posts here....Is this a site-wide problem?
pls advise.

Is there a an image processing rendering problem? It's so slow tonight!
I'm having real trouble with uploading and sorting some photos tonight (2100 GMT time)

I've uploaded a few photos to a hidden "blog" gallery and the newest photos don't appear to display online. If I get a link for a medium sized version, I either get a "document contains no data" error, or the full size original is returned! eek7.gif

    What's going on ?!?

The previously uploaded photos to this gallery were fine, but are slow tonight, and every other website is fine (including dgrin) so it's not my net connection.

Yeah I just noticed something like this also, half my photos don't even load right, as in they come up as red x's, and then when I click on a photo to load it in XL 2 or 3, or original, I cannot change the size after that. What is going on lately? Seems like everytime I log in, there is some bug somewhere. I understand you guys do stuff to make it better, but jeez, is there anyway to do this virtually, so you can test fixes and updates before they go live? I spent the money and got a pro account, and I kinda am wondering if I should have gone to photoshelter. Flamesuit on.

I think SM has some major issues tonight.
I started a thread without reading the other posts and obviously, it appears to be a site-wide problem.

As well as my photo links defaulting to the -O original size, I'm also having wierd stuff elsewhere. My thumbnails show the whole picture so the aspect ratio is distorted - a 3:2 ratio photo is squeezed into a 1:1 square thumbnail!

I hope they fix this soon... rolleyes1.gif

    I agree.

I promised someone that a shoot would be viewable tonight and busted my butt to get my images loaded, now I can't send the link

Smugmug seems to have become very unstable since all these "enhancements" have come on-line and it's not pretty to when we can't rely on it.

Looks like a big problem with the site - others have posted similar issues.

New problem I've just seen, the gallery listing gives full-sized photos. Can't quite explain it, but here's a screenshot:

I'm seeing the same thing in Subcategory pages as well (sorry, private galleries so I can't post screenshots, but very similar symptoms). I sent the screenshots to support@smugmug.com but haven't heard anything back yet.

Probably related to this issue: http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=133212

    Same Problem
I'm having the same problem. I thought it was one gallery at first, and tried converting the thumbnails to the square format. Then I noticed the problem on other galleries.

Hi, are you still seeing an issue? If so, can you tell us exactly where, on your site so we can help? Thanks!
