Pic settings for web viewing ?

Its a sport pic with a ?
Was not sure where to post.
I have always used my .mac account to post pics for web viewing but want to use my smug mug account for it now but cant get the pics to come up.
Here is the pic in question.


I have all the settings set for everyone to view and is unprotected.
How come it does not show up?

Just needed to copy the address instead of the image.
