The Sky is Falling

I remember this day like it was yesterday. I was in the middle of Badwater, Death Valley NP. I saw a gathering storm in the distance. I knew if I waited just a few minutes, the late afternoon sun would dip below the dark clouds and illuminate the FG. I was not disappointed, and the below image is what I came away with. I took about 5 shots before high-tailing it back to the car. I made it just in time as the heavy rainfall began to beat down. Aaahhh...good times! :D

Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap but memories are priceless.
