Very nice, the strobist is working well! The only suggestion I would have is to lighten the smile line on his left side so it doesn't look so prominent. Not as much of a concern with guys though as it would be with girls

Your right about the smile line. As someone myself with some "character" lines, I didn't even give this a thought. This is probably the only "smiling" shot I'll ever get of him, so he's gonna' have to live with it
