Howdy All,

The Memorial for the Fallen Fort Worth Police and Firefighters
was dedicated by Mayor Mike Moncrief on June 5th, 2009,
in Trinity Park off of 7th Street, in Fort Worth Texas.

It represents 95 Hero's that put their lives on the line, to keep all of Us safe.

    Howdy Randy,

You'd love it there, and the Memorials are very well done, and a fitting tribute.

Really nice shot here. I love the color of the sky against the foliage, it seems more appropriately somber than a bright blue sky would be. This is the first of your (or anyone else's) IR shots that I can recall seeing a person in. She looks like something out of "The Night of the Living Dead" eek7.gif

Nicely done. Did you think about cloning out the woman on the right? She adds perspective, but my eye keeps getting drawn to her and not the memorial.

    Howdy John,

Thanks very much, it is a really neat Tribute, I think the Men and Women's Families will now have a place to go and visit, for others to pay their respects.

    Howdy Jeff,

Thanks, I had thought about it, but it seemed she was visiting and part of it, so I let it stand as shot.

I do have a lot of others with out any folks.

    Thanks again.

    Hey Craig,

Very nicely done. It's no wonder you're known as the King of IR. You really have honed this style of photography into an art form.

    Take care,

    Tom
I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.
