    Thanks Jeff.
    Peanut is a he.

    Ben,
Peanut is actually a Chihuahua, probably a mixed something but don't know what. He was rescued a month ago from humane society. He was an hour away from being put down. My friend was there and the rest is history.

Actually the album is called Bat out of Hell II: Back Into Hell :D
    I have that.

ab fab dog shots. Everyone knows I shoot dogs. (I didn't know they were wild, never know where to put them)

But have never thought to take them as you did. Love your shots, really love the one with the car mirror.

I was really dumb, thanked everyone for responses to my post, now am going to bump everything on top of it. Will have to remember the bumping techniques, but I do want to drink coffee and just enjoy others work.

Thank you for your kind words Ginger :):
I never thought about the shot either, I just remember to take my camera with me everytime I was asked to walk him.
Sometimes my wife would tell me to shot it certain ways and most of the times I just fire away whenever he looks good.

He is a happy looking little thing. Smiles almost as big as a Corgi, but on a smaller body.

Can't imagine a dog like that being put down, so to speak. A gem.
Makes me want to go out and get them all, sure, right, uh huh, can't.

Yes, if it moves, I shoot it and chimp later. Birds, dogs, whatever. (Some people think I plan my stuff, that is one good reason not to use a tripod, gotta be ready when the "subject" moves.)

Then edit, that is my word for chimping, like crazy.

Those are special dog shots, you know my favorite, but there is something about that dog. Maybe he could model.

I'm such a worrywart that the dog will get bugs in it's eyes or take a nosedive into the dashboard that I don't let my three hang their heads out the windows, but . . . that on in particular is utterly fun shot!!!! Looks like that little dog found itself a new and interesting life - no wonder he looks so happy!

    Agilehound
    Thank you Kirwin.

    Agilehound,
What you did not see in the picture is my wife holding him with her dear life.
I had my camera on my lap while driving (not recommended) and I took this shot when we stopped at the red light.

Peanut is so excited everytime he hops on the car. He is a bit small and we're
worry that he would be blown away by the wind :D
We only let the window down on surface road and he would stare at the closed window on the highway rolleyes1.gif
He is such a happy go lucky dog, we really love him (we're his official godparents)
