DSS 27 Eggs-Files 2nd attempt

Y'know, sometimes you have a vision. A simple vision. A vision of a glowing freakin' egg. And sometimes it is hard, Lord it is hard, to turn that simple vision into reality. :huh :bash

But here we are, and here's what I've got. These are, by the way, not photoshopped effects, although I did use Lightroom and LightZone for tonal correction and contrast enhancement. C&C desperately needed!

Well Mark Mulder I am liking #1 and #4...

You really did a good job cleaning these up and giving them umpf.. #1 is my favorite....

I here what your saying on the whole see it in your mind's eye and then bring it to life issue.. Been there done that for sure...

I'm liking 4 and 5 - glowier. Then again, the bird shots are freakin' HILARIOUS with those titles!

I think, on balance, however, the Eggs Files are better visuals. I'm diggin' it.

Of the eggs, I really like how #4 turned out. Bravo!!!

The eagle shot and caption are priceless. I wish that damn branch hadn't been in your way.

Interesting that people liked the ultra-low tech glowing eggs, vs. the "Cuckoo's egg" approach of #2 and #3.

@Linda, the freakin' zoo closed off the freakin' accessway to the eagles for freakin' repairs. . I can usually get closer.

Now I just need a title. And to figure out which of the dozens of egg pictures I have is "#4."

You have the same kind of luck I usually do with regard to trying to capture a certain shot. Except, if it were me, a person would also have walked into the shot just as I pressed the shutter and scared the birds away.

For a caption, I like 'The Eggs-Files: The Truth is In There".

I think it has to be "The Truth is In There" (I personally like "A Glowing Freakin' Egg" but it might take away from the gravity of the occasion)

(Pssstttt.... if you look at the exif of your image in your gallery, it will include the file name of the uploaded version AKA #4. So as long as you didn't CHANGE the file name when you uploaded it, you will be able to find it on your hard drive. )
