I like the third one also but looks a bit blown maybe overcontrasty, at leat it looks that way on my crappy work monitor.

B&W is good; very nice skin tones!
#1: read up on The Rule of Thirds; cropping her hand and some of the background will move her face up and slightly to the right, which will look nicer (IMNSHO)
#2: see #1 subject is smack in the centre of the picture (BAD!)
#3: The left of the frame gives an odd shape to the picture; it looks OK on a dark background, but gets lost against a light b/g.
#4: She is looking directly into the camera, which is good as it establishes a connection between her and the camera. He looks bored; why is he looking into the distance? He looks as if he's seen something more interesting perhaps; he is disconnected, "oh, you're taking pictures, sorry… yawn… hang on, who's that over there?"
Sorry, but that's exactly what went through my mind when I first saw the picture.
