Help! What to charge for image use?

Just got an e-mail from a company which wants to use one of my landscape images to print 1000 postcards. I'm totally flattered, but totally unprepared for this. (I've been hoping for this but hadn't really marketed for this yet so I've not done any research.) They also asked if I might have any other images which I don't have shown on my site, so it sounds like they might be interested in more.

What kind of licensing do I need to give them for this project? How much should I charge? What else do I need to do? Help!

first of all, congratulations!

As to the prices: I always start here

and then deviate as my heart, gut or other bodily parts desire :-)

Eventually you may need to read some books on the subj. Shay's sticky on top of this section still has some invaluable info in it.
