Easy Customizer

I just saw this feature of SM and am trying to figure out how to get to it. I don't see it though.
If I select "Control Panel", and then "Customize", the only options I have are, "Categories", Subcategories", "Sharegroups", and "Your Bio". I do not have a "Customize" tab as seen here, http://dgrin.smugmug.com/gallery/1932865_Sok2o.
Do I need to select something for this to become available?

    Thanks Andy. I guess I did miss that! NP. I still love SM!! Now if I could just get that comments thing to work headscratch.gif .
