I think you should consider doing exposure merge to bring detail in foreground and keep highlights alive
for inspiration check

I agree, the compositions are beautiful. I would do a merge as awais suggested, and also the clouds have a lot of noise which you can get rid of with noise ninja or nik dfine.

Beautiful light! I agree about the noise in the sky.
Shoot in RAW because memory is cheap but memories are priceless.
