in the galleries statistics, it is mentioned a change in the way you calculate hits.

now, is the same change was done for the history? can i compare two months and rely on both numbers to have the same rules?

thanks, i know how to get the history. i am just wonderning if i can assume that the two numbers stands to the same rules (my current number is much larger then the previous month, which can be due to marketing activities or just because you calculate it differently)

Oh. Yes, same rules for the past couple months, but prior history to that counted thins differently.

Example, today, we don't count thumbs and we do count multiple visits to the same photo by the same visitor.

I'm really not sure what you mean, but since we modified Stats back in April, we don't count thumbnails and we do count multiple views of the same image by the same person. That's the most material change to made the count more accurate.
