Amy & Peter E shoot
Their wedding is in October, but we did their engagement photos last weekend, such an adorable couple!
We started at the University that he graduated from, which happens to be in her home town!
I went specifically for the building that I love for its beautiful big gothic doors, but the whole building was surrounded in tarps, doors barred as they were doing construction, but that was the only problem we ran into.
Love some C&C on these!

Thanks for looking, the couple is thrilled with them! I've had some real life enquiries from outside sources to purchase these for different uses, advertising, and stock. I'm excited, but will cross that bridge when it happens.
I'd love to hear what you folks think.

Well, the comps anyways. Your skin tones and processing styles are kinda all over the place. Now that may be by intent... I seem to recall a horse montage you did where you used lots of different styles all together (I think that was you!), but 8-13 are all slightly different and in my opinion you should either maintain some unity in a nice series like that, or use less subtle differences. Just my opinion... Wonderful work overall and certainly a series to be proud of. Love 13 too... I love her expression.

I agree with Matt...I try to keep the same "look" going with the colored photos and then toss in a few b&w etc.
#10 is just magical! It makes me wonder what they were talking about.
You really captured their connection in these shots!

Wow, Thank you very much Matt!
I get exactly what you are saying with the processing. It's something new that I'm trying out, which I'm in love with, I guess I was just second guessing that it's part of my style, I guess I have to get over that thought and just roll with it. Thank you very much, beautiful couple to work with! (And yes you are right, that was me with the horse montage, I'm amazed that you would remember something posted so long ago! (That makes me smile!!!):D
Thank you very much for the very kind comments, I think that you are both right in keeping the processing similar. The clients have already seen them, and like them, i think in this instance, I'll process the ones that seem out of place again to match up and include both of them in their session.
Thank you so much for your feedback!
with #10, I told them to try to forget that I was there...but not to get carried away!!! lol I'm not really even sure what they were talking about!!!:D

beautiful work - you captured some very nice moments they should treasure!
:wow I can't tell you how much i appreciate all the feedback, but coming from you especially Swartzy, Thank you Very kindly.
Thank you very much! Next session I do, I'll be sure to follow that rule! Thank you!
You caught the shy innocence of the couple really well.
Watch using the same vignette so much it gets kind of redundant.
Really nice lighting and compositions.
7 is my favorite, but I really like all or them.
