I'd rather have eagles but..........this is all I seem to get. :D

Oh well, it was fun anyway. There were six all together. A couple were hiding in some lower branch leaves (part of the tree was alive) and flew out when a passing car spooked them.

    Give the vultures some love. They are handsome in their own sort of way. I like the one where you caught the wing extension.

    And thank you Dan. I firmly believe I've got something going here. Here's a picture from a few weeks ago taken when I was out mowing.

    Now this wasn't even half of them. I had my 55-250mm on the camera and this is all I could get at one time. I know I'm getting old but they must have thought there was a cadaver riding on that mower. :D

    Thank you Dennis. I like that one too. I thought there were other possibilities with that picture. I've only had this dSLR since February and liking more and more what 12 megapixels can do for you. :D
