PULLING MY HAIR OUT - trying to clear prices

G'day

Pro user. Have galleries set for print sales & digital downloads. I'm simply trying to clear those prices.

I use the "clear prices" on "all products" in the various print fulfillment windows (BAYphoto, EZprints) and I'm saving the changes . . . . OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER again.

Prices never clear when I go back in to look at them??? and then I start over

Have tried in latest FF build and latest Safari build.

Am I meant to edit by hand each and every one of the many, many products just to clear them?

Hi Thomas,

Sorry for your troubles. It sounds as if you want to disable print products from showing. To do that, you have to set the prices to 0.00 for each product you don't want to offer.
If you leave any product pricing field empty, it'll be available at SmugMug default prices.
