I changed my smugmug name to my domain name and it works great but I noticed something. When I got to view photos while not logged in I can only view photos in small elegant. I try to change it to others like slide show and it just goes back to small elegant. When I am logged back in I can view the photos in all options. I checked my settings and it is set to user controlled. What's going on? I want people to be able to view the slide show. Personally I wish I could change it two options only, like slideshow and small elegant. Please help, thanks...Dean:dunno

    Hi Dean,

My guess is you've redirected your custom domain using frames. Frames are evil for many reasons, and in this case they prevent us from writing cookies for the user so we can't remember their preferences unless they are using the smugmug version of the URL.

The URL should be configured using CNAME records, which you can think of as a code name like 007 is for James Bond.

    I hope this helps.

    All the best,
