Smugmug uploader for lightroom 2

I'm using Smugmug Export Plugin for Lightroom ver 20080717.48. Everytime I upload multiple pictures to a gallery in Smugmug from light room they pictures end up in a scrambled order in smugmug. Is there any way to upload the pictures from lightroom to smugmug and keep the pictures in the same order as I had them in Lightroom?

    Your Smugmug gallery has an auto-sort option. If that is set, then the images are sorted in that order rather than the upload order. Check the sorting options in the customize gallery screen.

    Auto-sort galleries
    I am using the same export utility and had the exact same question. The short answer is that you have to login to your gallery and choose the auto-sort option manually. It seems that galleries created with the export utility are not set to auto-sort.

    I'll send a message to the Lightroom plugin developer (Jeffrey Friedl) to see if this is an option that he can set when creating a gallery from the export module.
