Fly ID from by the canal please?

I know I have had an ID on this fly before, I'm sure I have, but I can't find it.

On the edge of the canal, dozens and dozens of them.

Someone jog my memory please?

Slightly hard angle for an ID but looks like a dung fly to me Scathophagidae.
Fairly golden looking flies.
