Allow others to upload photos

I use SmugMug to host the photos for a small swim team. However, I am not the only photographer, and I would like an easy way for other people to upload photos to the albums (or at least a holding area where I can review them) that does not involve:
- giving out the admin password to the account
- using email (too many pics)

Any ideas?
