Hey everyone...

I know this post seems out of place but I am putting it here because this is where I spend most of my time and is where most of the Dgrinners I know post.

On Saturday, me and the rest of Team JDRF will begin an epic race across the country: RAAM or Race Across America. My team is racing the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. I won't be actually cycling - I'm not that crazy - but I will be a crew member on the team. I will be driving the pace van, navigating and providing general support to the riders. In addition, I will be the team's photographer. I will document the teams journey during the race through my photographs.

I have put up a blog which I hope to be able to update with pictures and info at different points during the race. Here is the link to the blog.

I would love for you all to check the blog out and post your comments. It should be a blast and I am so excited. I've got some general information about the race up on the blog right now. So check it out now and check back often.

Regards,
Alex

do you have a finalized map of the full route? would be fun for dGrinners across America to catch you as you whizz by.

Thanks everyone for the support. Angelo, here is a link to the RAAM site page that contains various PDF documents with Route and Time Station information. Your best bet is to hit the Time Station in your area since all the teams will be riding through.
