Hi everyone! Really liked this for some reason...just snapped at a family function recently. I think it'll go to Grandpa this weekend :) What do y'all think?

A couple more from that day.

The first one is growing on me. Wouldn't it have been cool to get that 4th set of eyes on the camera?

I'm not sure the 2nd one works in BW for me. The kids seem to get swallowed by the black of the tree.

I like the sheer child's joy captured in the 4th one. No posing for this one! I think this one would be even better if you were showing at least on complete head/face. I keep wanting to see the entire head of the one on the right and/or at least one of the eyes of of the girl on the left. Since her left eye seems to be covered by hair, I guess this would just leave the left one?

I'm not sure about the last one. I just keep looking at the blown spot in the upper right. How was this one lit? There seems to be light coming from a lot of different places.

The title brought up memories of a set I shot of my youngest daughter, on film, many years ago following a visit from an ice cream truck.

The processing here, I think, really sets the tone, and of course the photos are very nice.....though I really like the first best.

That Harry sure is growing fast, eh?

    Thanks everyone for your comments!

All were natural light, no reflectors or flashes.

Jeff, thanks for your comments on the processing...I'm finding a less contrasty style, glad you like it and it reminds you of film! :D
