Have Blackberry Need Help:

I just purchased a Blackberry, and am unable to log into my pro account,
what do I need, or need to know?

    I will assume that you want to use your Blackberry to look at your SmugMug Pro account? If that is the case then I think this is the appropriate forum.

    My husband has a Blackberry (I had one with my previous job, I really like the blackberry, almost as much as the iPhone!).

    He is in Calgary (300mi away) at the moment so I cannot actually do this myself, but I asked him to use his blackberry to log into my account. He was able to, without problem.

    What model, and what step are you having trouble with?

    He will be home tomorrow so I can actually be doing the steps as I type. I hope that isn't too late!
