Here's a view of the city from a different vantage point on Queen Anne Hill. Enjoy!

I have to agree with the others. Very nice picture and the color of the sky and clouds are really great!!

this is superb, Danny... not just the clouds, though those do add to the image, but also the lights of the city, which seem almost odd against a relatively bright sky. if i were the sort to hang photos of cities, instead of photos of landscapes, this would be a top candidate for a large wall hanger!

I'm much more into landscape photos as well. I take so many shots of Seattle because I'm lazy and it's a lot more convenient to drive 15 minutes to the location and not have some long hike to go on.
I do plan to do a lot more hiking this summer though. :D

Hey citycscapes count as landscapes, too! Definitely :D

This one (and your other shot) is just gorgeous. Just goes to show what a great photographer can do regardless of what he's used to shooting thumb.gif

Sweet! Agree with Marc's comment about that cloud. Great red tones too.

Also, don't think of shooting nearby convenient cityscapes as being lazy, think of it as being opportunistic :D
