Imagenomic's Portraiture Plugin

It was suggested to me by a photographer friend. I am still on the free trial and I have to say I LOVE it. Especially since I am one who does not prefer to spend tons of hours in PP. If anyone has used/uses this plugin- can I get some feedback regarding it's usefulness? I know some will spend the time in PS editing to get the same effects. I 'kind of' know how to achieve these soft skin, sharp eyed results using masks etc in PS but Portraiture does such a fast and splendid job, that I am curious how long it with would take to say smooth out newborn skin (which can be atrocious with that baby acne). Is it worth the $200 or should I work on PS technique (and if so, can someone point me in a direction of a PS technique for soft yet not over done skin for portraits?)?
