upload program

I recently had a hard drive crash and do not have a program to upload my photos to my account and can't find one on the SmugMug site. I'm too frustrated and it might be right in front of me, but I can't find it. So, I would be verey grateful if anyone can assist me in find a program to download to my Mac/iPhoto so I can upload photos for a client.

I'm a little confused by your question. You start by asking about an upload program but then you are explicitly asking to download to your computer.
