    Umm, no, i wasn't going for high-key, i'm not that creative Laughing.gif
    Just been playing with B&W conversion, contrast etc..

    Wonderful moment, Marina, and very nicely composed - I like the negative space to the right, and the cowlick and lighthouse to the right - if that's what it is mwink.gif - play off each other nicely. However...I would work the image a bit, as I find what some are calling high-key and I would call washed out, distracting.

    How about this quick and dirty fix? It's not radical, but it provides more definition.

    Not bad. I see that whites have a little more definition, but overall, image became a little darker. IMHO :D

    It did indeed become a little bit darker - that was the point.mwink.gif The original strikes me as a little bit blown out. But to each their own. What's really important here is that you've caught a terrific moment in a skillful way.
